| The grinding steel balls`s annual production of our factory is about 200,000MT. The grinding balls which diameter are below 100mm has the excellent hardness. That is: the surface hardness can reach HRC60-65, the core hardness can reach HRC56--60, and the volume hardness can also reach an amazing HRC59. The balls above 100mm also has the super performance with surface hardness HRC60--62,core hardness HRC45--58 and AVH 53. The breakage rate of our balls is lower than 0.5%. The higher hardness of the balls, the more effective to grind the rocks they are. In other words, one higher degree of the balls HRC, 5% attrition will be saved, so the procurement cost will cut down sharply. |
